About Me
A little about me.
My love of animals started when I was very young with budgies, hamsters and bunnies - this love progressed to caring for cats and dogs.
My first job was at a local kennels and cattery from where I adopted my first beautiful Siamese cat.
I share my life (31 years) with my patient husband Kevin and many cat and dog friends including a couple of Aylesbury ducks!
We are currently the lucky owners of 5 cats and 2 dogs!
My love of animals has brought me a wealth of experience and knowledge to provide tailored pet care with a truly personalised service.
For the past 6 years I have been a volunteer with South Wirral Cats Protection which has included fund raising,cat welfare and fostering.
This involves caring for cats who through no fault of their own have found themselves in difficult circumstances needing lots of care and patience.
I am very proud to have achieved a Kennel Club Gold Good Citizen Award with my beautiful border collie, Jessie (see left)(also thanks to my dog trainers help)
I am now completely hooked on dog training - it also helps me with my work through Purraffection.
This close association with our furry friends has made me aware of the need for a specialised service that enables caring pet owners to leave their pets in their familiar home environment, being cared for by an experienced and trustworthy person.
